This course is designed to build upon the learning from Workplace Safety Management I.
This course will teach students how modern organisations rely on complex technologies to perform effectively. Because of the complexity of modern workplace systems, significant damage can result to humans, equipment and the environment when things go wrong. Participants on this course will learn how the control of the way humans interact with the workplace system is vital for safety.
Combining formal lectures and discussions, Workplace Safety Manager PART 2 will give you the skills, confidence and qualifications to:
The course will be delivered over five days with 30 hours of lectures. Students will need to complete a written examination within a week of completion. They will also need to complete 70 hours of additional work and submit a relevant project within six weeks of the written examination.
