EXHIBITION DETAILS

The Health and Safety Trade Exhibition will be held in The Great Southern, Killarney, Co Kerry, on Friday, 13 October 2023 in conjunction with the NISO Annual Health and Safety Conference.

The Exhibition Hall is a spacious area which offers an ideal setting for the trade display of organisations interested in making contacts with health and safety professionals.
Trade displays are normally exposed to 150+ health and safety delegates attending the NISO Annual Health and Safety Conference. Refreshments will be served in this area during registration and during the morning and afternoon breaks. Lunch teas and coffees will also be served here.

Exhibitor Registration and Bookings

The fee entitles the principal exhibitors complimentary access to the Conference and Lunch for two persons (excludes dinner). If you have additional persons assisting at your stand space, we will require them to pay* for the functions they wish to attend.
Stand spaces may be booked immediately online. In exceptional circumstances, reservations may be made over the phone but this will incur a premium surcharge. In this case the stand space will only be reserved for 48 hours until payment is received. In the event of non payment, the stand space will be released.

Promotion

Exhibitors will be acknowledged in the delegates’ conference packs and on the conference display screen. In addition, we will publish a list of all exhibitors on our website niso.ie
To ensure maximum publicity, please submit website address, high quality logo and a 50 word description of your business that you wish to promote to conference delegates and more! 

Booking Prices

All stand spaces are 3 metres wide x 2 metres deep. The exception is Stand Space Number 5 which is approximately 2.5m wide (front), 2 metres deep and 1.5m at the back.

Stands Spaces: Price: €875; NISO Members: €695 (no price change since 2016)

Preference is normally given to NISO Members and past exhibitors.

* Additional exhibitors tickets (if three of more stand representatives)  to cover lunch / refreshments are available for €30 each.
Post Conference and Awards Presentation Gala Dinner: Friday, 13 October 2023. Call for dinner 19:00hrs. Limited tickets available online for the dinner from early September 2023.

Provisions to Stand Spaces

NISO provides the space for stands, we do not provide shells or booths. We recommend that organisations bring their own backdrops and display stands.

Tables, where possible, will be made available for each stand space. We will strive to ensure that power points are made available to all stand spaces. NISO will not accept any unauthorised cabling which may cause a risk to exhibitors or delegates.

WiFi is available in the Exhibition area. Please make your own arrangements for wireless internet access should it be vital for your business at the exhibition.

Pack In and Pack Out

There is free parking at the hotel. Access for exhibitors is through the entrance beyond the rail station. As there is limited storage space at the venue, all large exhibitor deliveries should be delivered on the day of the pack in.

Pack In [All stands]: Wednesday, 14.00hrs – to 21:00 hrs.
No disruption of the Annual Conference will be allowed by the late erection of stands on Friday,  13 October 2023.

Pack Out:
Friday afternoon, 13 October 2023, from 15.00hrs [quietly after coffee break] or sharply at close of conference. In all cases the area must be vacated by 16.15hrs. at latest.

N.B. Exhibitors are requested to refrain from making any noise while the Conference is in progress. Stands cannot be removed until after the close of conference if they interfere with the access / egress of conference delegates or create noise for conference participants.

Exhibitors are responsible for the erection (and dismantling immediately following the close of Conference on Friday afternoon, 13 October 2023) of their own stands.

Stands not conforming to the spaces allocated will be moved or removed and NISO shall not be liable for any damage caused as a result.

Cancellation Policy

• Exhibitor withdrawals must be notified in writing.
• Withdrawals of bookings made within 30 days of the conference date will be charged 10% of the fee payable
• Withdrawals within 14 days of the conference date will be charged 50% of the fee.
• Withdrawals within 96 hours [4 days] of the conference start date / time and non attendance will be charged at the full rate. 
• Substitute organisations / participants are welcome. No reduction in the exhibition costs will be allowed if an exhibitor is unable to attend all or part of the exhibition.
• NISO reserves the right to alter the plans and to include / remove stands if warranted.
• NISO reserves the right to alter the plans and to move / include / remove stand spaces if warranted.
