Vacancy: Business Support Assistant with the National Irish Safety Organisation [Permanent Full time]
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Assistant  with excellent written and spoken English.


A11 Calmount Park, Ballymount, Dublin 12, D12 EH21


This is a permanent full time position subject to a six month probationary period.
The successful candidate will be educated to Leaving Certificate or equivalent, fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), administration, and interpersonal skills including a pleasant telephone manner. Computer literacy, particularly e-mail and MS Office [or similar], is essential.
Duties include: Reception duties, database management, provision of information, training course preparations, issuing certificates, assisting with event management, representing NISO at events, invoicing and credit control, devising and analysing surveys and registration forms, manage and maintenance of facilities, diary and contact management, maintaining stationery and marketing literature stocks, filing, photocopying,  emailing and printing, hotel and travel arrangements, conference duties and bookings. The person should have skills in office administration, communications and have front office management skills.
