Course aims and objectives:
Management, neuroscience and eastern philosophy are working in concert to bring us new and exciting discoveries about how to enhance wellbeing at work. This Masterclass will explore inter-disciplinary approaches to wellbeing and presents techniques to enable participants to set themselves up for success.
Workplace Wellbeing Masterclass Outline
This masterclass will outline the practical challenges of the modern workplace and how these relate to stress, resilience and wellbeing.

This course is aimed at occupational health and safety managers, human resources professionals, and other business and operation leaders who wish to learn more about stress, resilience and workplace wellbeing.
Presenter: Niamh Imbusch, FCIPD, Wellbeing and Engagement Consultant
A Fellow of the CIPD, and a certified Business and Executive Coach, Niamh has held a number of senior international HR, communications and consulting roles and she has managed the Executive Development Programme for the top 100 executives of global multinational. Her industry experience includes the pharmaceutical, financial, FMCG, utilities, information technology, media and services sectors, as well as the public sector, and her work has taken her to the US, Sweden, the UK and further afield.
Niamh is PhD student at Lancaster University, researching organisation health and wellbeing. She has held a faculty position at the DIT and has been a guest lecturer at UL, WIT, the IMI and the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health. She has chaired and spoken at international conferences on employee engagement, and is published in the areas of mindfulness and organisational well-being.
Her commercial acumen, knowledge of the evidence-based research and her holistic approach are a unique and powerful combination.
